SIMOTICS S-1FG1 Servo Geared Motors: Integrating high dynamics of servo motors and high-performance planetary gearboxes. Featuring an integrated compact direct-mount structure, they deliver low noise operation and simplify mechanical design of machinery.
Core Technical Strength for Precise & Stable Operation
Equipped with high-resolution encoders (up to 21 bits), the whole series adopts closed-loop control to achieve fast dynamic response and accurate positioning. The motors can connect to Siemens TIA Portal (Totally Integrated Automation Portal) for quick parameter configuration, thermal sizing and digital twin integration, greatly shortening commissioning time.
The supporting SINAMICS V90 servo system comprises V90 servo drives and S-1FL6 servo motors. It supports one-click commissioning and real-time auto-tuning to automatically optimize control loop parameters. Benefiting from high encoder resolution and high-speed data transmission, the system enables rapid acceleration, deceleration and smooth operation, helping improve machine productivity.
